Hard Chrome Rolls offered can be made available in different lengths as well as in option of different diameters as per the specific usage needs of different machines. Hard chrome plated steel roller can be used for various film, paper production lines, large-scale printing equipment, laminating equipment. It is also widely used in flexographic printing presses, water-based ink printer, laminating machine, coating machine. Furthermore, the roller can emboss on plastics, leather, paper, etc.

Most machines are fitted with MS rolls, stainless steel rolls, aluminum rolls, hard chrome plated Rolls, rubber Rolls, ebonite coated rolls, PTFE coated rolls, as guide roll, nip roll, pressure roll, take-up roll, take-off roll, squeeze roll, Tension rolls, dancing roll, accumulator roll, Idler roll which are available in different diameter and length as per machine requirements. Some cases it is not affordable to use stainless steel rolls but in such rolls stainless steel cladding is done on M.S. rolls.
The material of roller is 45# seamless pipe or alloy steel after being welded, stressed, tempered, quenched heat treatment, etc.
It’s chromate treatment for embossing roller. The size and pattern are customized.
With imported polishing machine and raw materials, the roller surface roughness can reach Rao.01 and also concentricity is less than 0.02mm.
