Our embossing roller line has been expanded so that customers can specify any geometric figure they need on the roller surface — leather grain, wood grain, stripes, reticulate, relief and other custom textures — and receive tooling built directly from their own artwork files rather than from a fixed pattern catalogue.

The roller surface can be made into all kinds of geometric figures. In practice this covers the four texture families most requested by leather, textile, paper and packaging producers:

• Leather grain — fine to heavy grain for belts, bags, footwear and upholstery.
• Wood grain — straight, cathedral and burl-style lines for panels and decorative surfaces.
• Stripes — parallel, spaced or variable-width line work.
• Reticulate — mesh, net and cross-hatch structures, plus relief figures.

Beyond these, we professionally produce a broad range of dermatoglyphic, relief and geometry rollers, moulds, bubble rolls and arts-and-crafts tooling — and we produce the embossing roller with the patterns according to your requirement, so a customer's proprietary design is engraved as supplied.

Correct material choice decides how long a roller holds pattern definition under heat and pressure. Three body options are available:

1. 45# high-quality seamless tube — a cost-efficient, stable choice for standard embossing duty.
2. High-quality alloy steel seamless pipe — higher strength for deeper patterns and heavier pressing loads.
3. Precision forging — the most robust option where maximum rigidity and long service life are required.

The roller's internal design is matched to the customer's machine and process, not fixed in advance. We supply all kinds of hot-pressing, cold-runner and clip-type designs, so a roller can be specified for heated embossing, cooled running or quick-change mounting according to the existing production line.

Custom embossing rollers are quoted from customer artwork and machine specifications. Buyers are invited to send their pattern files along with roller dimensions, working temperature and inner structure preference, and our engineering team will confirm material selection, engraving approach and production lead time.
