The Precision Cylindrical Ground Steel Roller is a close-tolerance rotating cylinder built for laminating equipment and other processes where parallelism, straightness, and surface quality directly determine the quality of the finished product. The body is machined from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel and hardened through a controlled heat treatment cycle to reach 60–62 HRC, after which it is cylindrically ground to remove every trace of taper, ovality, and runout. Finished with a hard chrome face polished to Ra 0.01, the roller applies even pressure across the full web width, preventing air bubbles, wrinkles, and delamination during the laminating process.

• Cylindrical Grinding: Precision grinding removes taper and ovality, delivering a straight, round face with concentricity within 0.02 mm.
• Hardened to HRC 62: Controlled quench and temper raise surface hardness to 60–62 HRC for excellent abrasion and indentation resistance.

Precision ground steel rollers serve laminating equipment, adhesive film lines, packaging and carton machines, calendering stacks, and any process where consistent nip pressure and a flawless surface decide the outcome. They are also used as metering and squeeze rolls in coating operations.

Each roller is protected with anti-rust oil and film, cradled with foam, and packed in a fumigated wooden case for export.
