The gravure coating steel embossing roller is designed for gravure coating, laminate coating, flexography and gravure printing applications. Gravure pattern, mesh and depth are selected according to coating material, coating amount, base substrate and feed speed. The roller body is produced from 45# seamless steel pipe or alloy steel after welding, stress relieving, tempering, quenching and precision grinding.

A hard chrome plated surface reaches HRC 62 with a mirror finish, offering excellent chemical resistance and allowing solvent-free roller cleaning. With surface roughness at Ra 0.01 and concentricity below 0.02 mm, this roller provides consistent coating transfer, uniform film thickness and long, reliable service in high-speed production environments.
